Promovgram values the privacy of users and others who visit and use the Services and wants you to be familiar with how we collect, use and disclose information from and about you. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy or by accessing or using the Services in any way, you expressly consent to the information handling practices described hereunder.

Information Collected by Promovgram

Information provided by you

As part of the registration to the Services and/or the use of the Services, you may be required to provide us with certain information, which might include personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing information, as well as the credentials to your accounts in the Third Party Platforms to or in which you would like to broadcast Your User Content through the Services.

These credentials are automatically encrypted and, according to the live policy text, cannot be read by unauthorized persons.

Information collected via Proxy App

When connecting an account on Promovgram via a Proxy App connection code, additional information may be collected automatically, including:

• IP address of the user and approximate geographic location.
• User agent details such as device type, model, name, CPU and operating system version.

This data is collected to improve user experience, security and stability.

Information collected automatically

When you access and use the Services and/or receive or reply to notices from Promovgram, we may automatically record and collect certain information from your systems by using cookies and other tracking tools.

This information may include IP address, unique user ID, device type, device identifiers, browser type and language, GeoIP and other location identifiers, referring and exit pages, platform type, version of installed software, system type, content and pages accessed on the Services, number of clicks, time spent on pages, visit dates and times, and other similar information.

In addition, Promovgram may compile statistical information related to the performance and use of the Services and may perform analysis as further described below. Promovgram also collects and stores Your User Content as broadcast by you through the Services, along with its social activity such as chat comments, likes, visitors and other statistics, on Promovgram servers, third-party external servers or cloud services on which the Services operate.

How Promovgram Uses the Collected Information

Promovgram uses the information collected by it, including personally identifiable information and Your User Content, to operate and maintain the Services, to enable you to use the Services and all functionalities and features, including personalized features, and to process any flagging activity or correspondence you send to us.

This includes, without limitation, accessing Third Party Platforms on your behalf, performing actions on your behalf to or on your accounts on such platforms, and enabling you with access to your activity history in the Services.

In addition, Promovgram uses User Information for improving the Services, enhancing user experience and creating new features. Promovgram uses User Information to track and analyze user preferences, trends, activities, communications and use of the Services, to monitor aggregate metrics such as the total number of visitors and users, and to track entries, submissions and other activities in connection with the Services.

Promovgram may use and/or make publicly available the results and work product of such analysis, including reports and charts.

Promovgram may share User Information with third-party service providers solely for the purposes of providing and improving the Services, maintenance, security, backup and recovery, analysis, and storage on third-party servers or cloud services on which the Services operate.

In addition, Promovgram may disclose User Information if it believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable laws, including in response to a court order, judicial requirement or another requirement by an authorized body. Promovgram may also disclose User Information to protect itself, investigate and defend itself against third-party allegations, or maintain the security or integrity of the Services.

However, Promovgram may use your email address for non-marketing or administrative purposes such as notifying you of major Service changes or for customer service purposes.

Except as set forth herein, Promovgram does not use or share with third parties any User Information. Specifically, Promovgram will not share your stored images and videos with any third party without your prior permission, except for its storage provider or if required by law or court order.

By providing your personally identifiable information, you consent to transferring it to third-party service providers outside of the European Economic Area. In any event, Promovgram will only transfer such information to third parties that provide appropriate safeguards and where your rights and effective legal remedies remain available.

Promovgram takes reasonably appropriate security measures to protect the security of User Information, in accordance with applicable law. However, Promovgram cannot guarantee that data loss or breach, unauthorized access or hacking will not occur with respect to User Information.

You will not disclose your user login and password for your account under the Services and will be fully responsible for maintaining the secrecy of such information. You agree to immediately inform Promovgram upon any unauthorized use of such account.

Your Choices

You are not obligated to provide personally identifiable information. However, you acknowledge that if you do not provide such information, Promovgram may not be able to provide you with some or all of the Services.

Subject to the provisions of applicable law, including exclusions, you are entitled to the following rights:

• The right to have inaccurate personally identifiable information rectified and incomplete details completed.
